Fullwright is run by Benedek Tas Persoană Fizică Autorizată. You can reach us at hello@fullwright.com.
What this site collects
Nothing by itself. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. The site loads only its own files, fonts included.
The contact form
The form does not send anything to us and stores nothing. When you press send, it opens your own email app with the message filled in, and you decide whether to send it.
If you write to us, we use what you write only to answer you and, if we work together, to run the project. The legal basis is the steps you ask for before a contract and our legitimate interest in replying (GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep the correspondence as long as the conversation or the project needs it, and as long as tax and accounting law requires for anything that becomes a contract. Our email provider processes it on our behalf.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. We have not switched on any Cloudflare feature that sets cookies or tracks visitors.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies, so it has no cookie banner. It remembers your language choice in your browser's local storage, on your device only; it is never sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, and to correct it, delete it, restrict it or move it, and you can object to how we use it. Write to hello@fullwright.com.
You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or to the authority where you live or work.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
