Software studio · from idea to finished product

From stuck work to a system that moves.

We follow the work from the first request to the final handoff, then build the software, shop and automation that remove the waiting, the retyping and the chasing.

  • The people who plan it build it
  • Your code and data stay yours
  • English, Hungarian and Romanian

The problem

Most businesses don't need more software. They need less copy-paste.

These aren't software problems. They're expensive ways of working.

  • Orders arrive by email, phone and webshop, and someone retypes every one.
  • Stock lives in a spreadsheet only one person understands.
  • Invoices go out late because the numbers come from three places.
  • The website looks fine, but it doesn't bring enquiries.
  • You pay for five tools that don't talk to each other.
  • Your people in the field still report by phone call.

Every manual handoff is another place for work to wait, get mistyped or disappear.

Services

One line, many outcomes.

Pick a service to see what changes in the day.

Custom software

A system shaped around your process, including the awkward parts.

  1. beforeRequest logged
  2. thenRight person assigned
  3. resultCustomer updated

What you get

  • A web app your team opens in any browser, on any device
  • Roles and permissions, so everyone sees what they need
  • Connections to the tools you already use

A good fit if your process is your edge and nothing off the shelf fits it.

ERP

One reliable view of orders, stock, invoices and the work behind them.

  1. beforeOrder in
  2. thenStock reserved
  3. resultInvoice out

What you get

  • One place for customers, orders, stock and invoices
  • Reports that answer real questions: what sold, what's late, what's owed
  • Moved over from your spreadsheets, history included

A good fit if you've outgrown spreadsheets, but a big ERP would be overkill.

Webshops

A webshop that keeps selling without creating a second admin job.

  1. beforeOrder placed
  2. thenPick list in the warehouse
  3. resultParcel tracked

What you get

  • Fast on phones, where most people buy
  • Card payment, invoices and shipping labels
  • Stock and orders in sync with your back office

A good fit if you sell products and want the shop to run without retyping.

Landing pages

A focused page that gives the right visitor a clear reason to get in touch.

  1. beforeVisitor arrives
  2. thenA clear offer
  3. resultEnquiry sent

What you get

  • Written around one offer and one action
  • Fast, measured and ready for ads
  • In every language your customers speak

A good fit if you're launching something, or your ads land on the wrong page.

Online marketing

Marketing you can trace from the click to the enquiry.

  1. beforeCampaign runs
  2. thenClick measured
  3. resultEnquiry traced to its source

What you get

  • Search and social campaigns set up and tuned
  • Search basics done right: speed, structure, content
  • Tracking that ties every enquiry and sale to its source

A good fit if you spend on marketing but can't say which part works.

AI automation

Automation for the handoffs your team repeats every day, with people approving what matters.

  1. beforeInvoice arrives
  2. thenRead and matched
  3. resultQueued for approval

What you get

  • Invoices, orders and delivery notes read and filed
  • Draft replies and summaries, with a person approving
  • Workflows that run on schedule and report back

A good fit if someone spends hours a week moving information between places.

Mobile apps

One place for the field team to record the job, even when the signal is poor.

  1. beforeJob done on site
  2. thenPhoto and signature
  3. resultThe office sees it at once

What you get

  • One app for iPhone and Android
  • Works with a weak signal and syncs when it's back
  • Sign-in, notifications and photos built in

A good fit if your people work on the road, on site or in a warehouse.

Examples of the kind of work we do. Every project starts from your process.

How we work

How a project runs.

Five stages, one team. Each one ends with something you can hold.

  1. 01

    Understand the work

We follow the work from the first request to the final handoff, including the parts nobody wrote down.

You getA short written plan: what comes first, what it costs, how long it takes.
  2. 02

    Shape the system

Screens drawn and clicked through before any code is written.

You getA clickable prototype to try with your team.
  3. 03

    Build in useful pieces

You see working pieces early, while changing direction is still cheap.

You getA working version on a test address, early.
  4. 04

    Test with real records

We test with your real records, plan the changeover and keep a safe way back.

You getA live system, trained users, nothing lost.
  5. 05

    Keep it running

After launch the same team watches it, fixes it and helps decide what comes next.

You getMonitoring, backups and a person who answers.

Why us

Why a small team.

From idea to finished product, on the most modern, reliable and long-lasting technology. We choose tools your system can live with for years, not the trend of the month.

One team, start to finish

The people who plan it build it, and they answer when you call.

Plan before code

Nothing gets built until you've agreed to a written plan.

You own it

Code, data and accounts are in your name, documented.

Tested on real data

A passing test isn't enough. We check against your actual numbers.

Plain language

Decisions, trade-offs and next steps in words your team can use. No surprises on the invoice.

Three languages

We work in English, Hungarian and Romanian, and so can your software.

Before we start

What people ask before the first call.

The first conversation

A call or a meeting with the people who do the work. Bring a real example: an order, an invoice, a form. Afterwards you get a short written summary and a first step.

Start small

One department or one workflow is a fine start. We'd rather fix one thing properly than promise everything.

What we connect to

Accounting and invoicing, your webshop, CRM, payroll, shipping and the spreadsheets you already use. If a system can't connect cleanly, we tell you before we build around it.

Your existing data

Customers, products, stock, orders and history move over and are checked against the old system before anyone switches.

Accounts and access

Hosting, domains and accounts are in your name. Roles decide who sees what, and backups run from day one.

After launch

Monitoring, fixes and updates are part of looking after it. New features are agreed and planned like the first ones.

FAQ

Questions.

Can we start with one department or workflow?

Yes. Most projects start with the one process that costs the most time, and grow from there.

Can you work with our accountant, ERP or webshop?

Usually, yes. Where it makes sense we connect to what you already use, and replace it only when it holds you back.

What happens to our existing data?

It moves with you. We import it, check it against the old system and keep the old way available until the new one has proved itself.

Who owns the code and the accounts?

You do. The code, the data, the hosting and the domains are in your name, with documentation.

What does the first stage cost?

It depends on the work, so we don't publish a price list. After the first conversation you get a written plan with the cost and the timeline, before anything is built.

Can our team try it before it goes live?

Yes. You get a test address early and use it with your own records before the switch.

Do you build in Hungarian and Romanian too?

Yes. We work in English, Hungarian and Romanian, and the software can speak all three.

What's included after launch?

Monitoring, backups, fixes and small adjustments. New features are planned and priced separately, the same way as the first project.
